my course is Baking and Culinary science

The science *word* seem like a small part of it right??

WRONG!!! X X X

i got 7 subjects and 6 of them are science and MatH?!
i got Microbiology, orangic and biological chemistry, Mathematics and statistics, Food and Culture, Communication skills and Applied Principal for Effective living..

The last one is the only hands-on, Fundamental Culinary Skills, which is only on Friday out of the whole week...

AND i still need to buy lab coats....$21
